Principals

Richard Beninati, MBA, EA, CAA – President

Richard Beninati has over 25 years of accounting and finance experience gained in corporate, government and non-profit areas. He has expertise in financial management and reporting, business consulting, individual and business tax preparation. Richard is also the US Controller for GodTV and President for Family Services of Metro Orlando, both being non-profit organizations. He also has extensive experience working with closely-held and family-owned businesses and their shareholders. His previous work as an IRS senior tax examiner for seven plus years gave him insight into the intricacies of taxation and the workings of the Internal Revenue Service. He holds a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and is a Certified Acceptance Agent and Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Service. An Enrolled Agent (EA) is a designation given by the Internal Revenue Service after passing extensive testing of taxation laws and regulations. Richard has earned the privilege of practicing and representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. Enrolled agents, like attorneys and certified public accountants (CPAs), are unrestricted as to which taxpayers they can represent, what types of tax matters they can handle, and which IRS offices they can practice before. Enrolled Agents are held to the same standards and regulations as Attorneys and CPAs.

Lucia Beninati – Vice President

Lucia is a licensed Real Estate professional and Licensed Condominium Association Manager (LCAM). Lucia Beninati is also a graduate from the University Santa Ursula in Rio De Janeiro and is the office manager and property manager for TOOBRICH. Lucia has extensive knowledge of Quickbooks and organizational structure. Additionally, she has taken various courses in Federal Taxation and accounting over the past years. Lucia has over 10 years of experience in accounting, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Her fluency in Portuguese and knowledge of Spanish facilitates the financial management experience for our international clients. She is well versed in the areas of accounting and bookkeeping and has played a major role in the growth and success of our company.
